I’m thrilled that Granny is now multiplayer! It’s such a nostalgic and iconic game. I had a blast playing with my friend. We screamed so many times; it was wild. The game is fun and took a lot of time to get through, making it well worth the money.
The gameplay is solid, and the jiggle physics are great. They brought me back to my childhood days. Right now, the 2v1 mode is the only multiplayer option available, but I’m hoping for future updates that let us play with more friends.
I’ve been waiting a long time for this release, but sadly, my computer isn’t the best. Even with all settings on low, the game still lags a bit. I understand this is my problem, but I would love a performance mode for low-end PCs. Regardless, the game is fire, and I still love it.
The HD version of Granny is precisely what you’d expect—slightly updated house designs and new enemies to encounter. I haven’t tried the co-op mode yet, but I’m looking forward to checking it out, along with the new MAZE escape route. I’m excited for what’s next.

There are still a few bugs to work out. For instance, I couldn’t fill the car in the 2v1 mode, so I missed the car ending. Instead, I spent too much time in the labyrinth with Chuzz, which wasn’t much fun.
I eventually got the door ending, but it was a white message on a black screen as my reward. It could use more cutscenes at the end. Also, in co-op, there’s only one weapon, which I think should be more varied. And Granny can randomly kill you when you’re hiding under a bed, which feels a bit cheap.
Despite these issues, the game is still a great time. It’s a fun puzzle game to play with friends. It’s not exactly scary but definitely “unnerving.” I had so many close calls, hiding and wondering if turning a corner would lead me straight to Granny. The house is an absolute mess, but it adds to the fun. It’s an enjoyable way to get your horror fix with friends, and I’m excited to see the game improve.
Overall, Granny is a fantastic experience. I’m really impressed with the new graphics and map design, and I love that I can finally play with my friends. There’s still work to be done, but I’m confident the developers will keep improving the game. Granny keeps asking if I want to play, and my answer is always yes.
